Steps to follow:
- Download and Extract the ZIP file. It has 3 files
- Go to your Phone's SD Card to the path => sdcard/Android/data/ . Here, there should be a folder named com.kiloo.subwaysurf
- Take a Backup of this Original folder / Copy it somewhere else
- Copy the extracted folder that you downloaded (com.kiloo.subwaysurf) at the location sdcard/Android/data/ over-writing the existing one
